    SPEAKER BIO:

    Linda Dausend works with clients to become their trusted business partner and is fully committed to seeing them succeed. Linda applies her broad experience to help clients develop strong leaders and build teams that work together well, spending much of her time designing and facilitating training programs with this goal in mind. In addition to in-person facilitator skills, Linda has extensive experience in online and virtual delivery, creating interactive sessions that closely replicate classroom experiences.

    Linda is an Authorized Facilitator of The Coaching Clinic, a 2-day workshop focused on providing organizational leaders skills to integrate coaching into their leadership role. She also has individual coaching participants, where she provides them with a future-focused perspective, helping them see their potential for success. She has conducted cross-cultural coaching engagements at all levels of the organization in several industries, including financial and business services, manufacturing, and nonprofits. She has experience working with top-level executives and senior leaders to clarify their goals, realize their potential, and positively impact organizational results. She has also worked extensively in guiding individuals through career transitions.

    Linda spent 20 years applying her business studies to the world of retail, including industry giants Macy’s and Simon Property Group. Her academic and applied experience allowed her to look holistically at critical components that impact organizations’ success. Through her work, she learned that people, and leaders in particular, are vital to achieving organizational objectives, and this launched her journey into leadership and management development.

    Linda is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) member and currently serves as a District Director for SHRM Arizona; her work is focused on supporting the local SHRM-GP and SHRM-GT Chapters. She is also a member of the local chapter SHRM of Greater Phoenix.
