SHRM Central Arizona is a local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The purpose of SHRM Central Arizona is to advance the professional growth of its membership; promote high professional and ethical standards; provide professional human resource networking opportunities and impact human resource issues as determined by the membership.

SHRM Central Arizona is recognized by SHRM to offer professional development credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
